Tropical Fruit & Nut Snack Mix

Cure the after-school snack blues with this NEW snack mix recipe! Packed with good-for-you nutrients and the perfect mix of sweet and salty ingredients.

All you need:

  • 6 c. Crispix cereal
  • 1 (7 oz) bag dried tropical fruit bits
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee dried banana chips
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee unsalted roasted almonds
  • ½ c. Hy-Vee whole cashews
  • ½ c. large flake coconut

All you do:

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Store in airtight container or individual snack bags.
