Flu-Fighting Foods

- Kiwi: simply slice, scoop, and eat! Did you know one kiwi has more vitamin C than an orange AND more potassium than a banana? It's true, so eat one of these nutrition powerhouses daily instead of gulping more orange juice.
- Sweet potatoes: rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, and fiber. Pierce potato with a fork and microwave 5 minutes or until tender. Top with your favorite nut butter (or sunflower butter) and a pinch of cinnamon for a tasty treat!
- Bell peppers: contain 2x as much vitamin C as citrus fruits! Swap out your pancakes and toaster pastries with this simple, immune-boosting recipe.
